Your practice is ready.
The C.A.L.M. Method Guided Practice
Before you listen — a note on how this works
This isn't a traditional meditation. You don't need to close your eyes, find a quiet room, or clear your schedule.
You can listen while driving. Walking. Doing dishes. Sitting in a parking lot before a hard conversation.
That's by design. These tools are meant for the moments when you actually need them — not just the moments when everything is already calm.
The practice runs about 20 minutes and walks you through all four steps of the C.A.L.M. Method: Connect, Allow, Let Go, and Move Forward. Give it your full attention the first time through. After that, you'll know which steps you need most on any given day.
What you'll experience
Connect — arrive in your body and the present moment, exactly where you are right now
Allow — let what's happening be as it is, without resistance or judgment
Let Go — release the stories and commentary running beneath the surface
Move Forward — take your next step from awareness rather than reaction
What happens next
You'll hear from me occasionally — new videos, tools, and resources for navigating major life transitions. No noise, no hustle. Just what's worth your time.
If the practice resonates and you want to go deeper, the complete framework is in the book:
From Reactive to Resilient: Practical Awareness for Major Life Changes

And if you're actively navigating something right now — divorce, job loss, a belief system that no longer fits, an identity that feels unfamiliar — the YouTube channel goes deeper into each of these areas every other Sunday.
